By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below.

• Delivery is available throughout Malaysia and International.
• All delivery will only be arranged after the full payment is made.
• Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
• Order processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm (GMT+8) will be processed the next business day.
• In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 14 working days
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be impacted by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
• Gomarket shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided to customers relating to the date and time of delivery.
• For international orders, please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or other charges may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
• Delivery Details: Please ensure that the delivery address, Receiver’s name and contact number provided are correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
